Shipping Policy

 

 

Memora Pixel™ offers free shipping on orders above 80$. Kindly take note that the delivery time for your order consists of two parts: order processing and dispatch. On average, it takes 1 to 3 days to process your order and ensure everything is in order. After processing, your order will be dispatched, and the delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Split shipments

 

Most orders will ship from a single warehouse. However, we occasionally ship from a combination of warehouse locations, so you may receive your order in multiple parts. If items from your order ship in separate packages, we’ll send you tracking information for each package when it becomes available.

 

Lost / Missing packages

 

Memora Pixel™ cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we assume full responsibility for the original order that was made for you, free of charge. Please contact us immediately at support@memorapixel.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

Shipping Rates

 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 90$. Delivery rates are automatically calculated at checkout before paying the order.

 

Tracking your package

 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been placed and processed.

Click on the tracking number link or simply track your order here by entering your tracking number.

The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receiving the email. If this is not the case, please be patient and come back later. In some cases, it can take up to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 working days ago and no information is yet available on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Customs duty

 

The prices displayed on our site are tax free, which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes in some countries once you receive your order.

Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of each country. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.
