I received a damaged item, what do I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship to Canada, United States, EU and AU. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
